How long does it take to create my app?
There is no set time as apps vary in scope and size. With streamlined approvals we have launched apps in as little as 6 weeks, but a good rule of thumb is 10-12 weeks from contract signature to your app being published on the respective app stores.
Do I need special software to manage the app?
No. Just an internet connection. How great is that?
How do I update my app?
We provide you with a password protected, secure website. Your information is kept on this website. You can log in at any time and start changing your information. Please read our "About Our Apps" section on how easy it is to update your app.
How much does it cost?
Cost is variable based on your needs and what you want your app to do.
What devices are supported?
We currently support apps for Apple and Android devices. Our mobile sites are available on the above platforms as well as Blackberry and Windows phones.
How much support is provided after I get my app?
We will be here for you. To be honest, once our clients get up and running, they rarely call us.
Will support be provided to get the app approved by Apple/Google?
Yes. Other than getting you signed up as a developer with Apple, we handle all the other details.
Is an app the same thing as a mobile website?

Is there an annual charge?
There is a set up fee which covers the first year. The second (and ensuing) years are based on an annual fee.
How often can I update the app?
As often as you want.
How long does it take for the content to be updated on all the different platforms?
Depending on network speeds, all your platforms will be updated in under an hour.
Can you tie into my database?
Absolutely.
How do we get started?
Upon a signed contract and a 50% deposit, we start working on your mobile platform.
